
Psychiatric assessments and medication management are provided by our staff psychiatrist. Individuals, families and specialized
groups are treated by highly qualified therapists. Family therapy, individual counseling, group therapy, evaluations, and couples
counseling are services offered. Group offerings include a Food allergy group for 8-12 year olds; Depression/Anxiety therapy and
support group for women held during the day; two groups for Asperger’s children ages 10-13 and 13-16; Internet gaming addiction;
Relationship group for older adolescents; Married couples group; Executive coaching using a systems approach. Please call the

Graydon Manor's Outpatient Department contracts with the following insurance companies:1) OptumHealth (UBH/MDIPA), 2) Anthem
BC/BS, 3) Sentara/Optima, 4) Tricare/MHN, 5) Medicaid, 6) Magellen, 7) Cigna, 8) Kaiser and 9) Medicare. We accept EAP (Employee
Assistance Program) plans including Deer Oaks, MHNet and others. In addition, many providers may be approved out-of-network
providers for your particular insurance plan. Please call to ask.
The outpatient program is accredited by the Joint Commission on Accreditation of Health Care Organizations (JCAHO), licensed by the
Virginia Department of Mental Health, Mental Retardation, and Substance Abuse Services and is an approved provider for Virginia
